What can I organize with NOVI?
NOVI combines club administration, training, events and communication. You organize access and training groups, bundle registrations, documents and tasks at events and coordinate in club, group or event chat.
How can I test NOVI?
The free trial access is valid for 30 days and includes up to five accesses for the basic functions. Addons are not bookable. To get started, go to Try for free; the tariffs are listed in the Price overview.
What distinguishes training organisation and training plan managers?
In the app you can manage training groups, times, trainers, members and absences. The additional Training Plan Manager is used for content planning for groups or individual athletes, with templates and previous training plans.
What add-ons are there and how flexible are they?
The following are available: Training Plan Manager and AI Evaluation. For the NOVI package, you can book and cancel as you wish. The price and range of functions can be found on the respective module page.
What information do parents find in the app?
Parents see their own children as well as their training and appointments. In addition, there are news and important information from the club. This keeps the information for everyday family life in one place.
Where can I find the contract, invoices and booked add-ons?
You can manage this information in the Client portal. The app remains the workspace for training and club organization. Club roles and permissions for contract management are separate areas of responsibility.
